Today Cards

1. At the beginning of each day, write up to 10 tasks on a Today card.
2. Use suggested Task Signals to mark each task as completed, in-progress, or delegated.
3. Carry over unfinished tasks onto a new Today card or move them to a Next or Someday card.

Next Cards

Record important tasks that need to be done, but not today. Use this list to help you fill out your Today cards.

Someday Cards

Capture ideas, aspirations, and goals that you would like to accomplish someday.

Task Signals

Use the circle next to each task to note the status or task type.
